In recent years, Norway has made its mark by winning the "World's Best Cheese" in 2016, and has seen a revival of local cheesemaking traditions. This, combined with the pioneer spirit among Norwegian farmers, became the start of a cheese revolution and since then, we are now considered one of the best producers of cheese in the world.
